Deep Learning
Treat our minds, bodies, and spirits to a relaxing and inspiring week of care, growth, and connection in Costa Rica. We will practice breathwork, yoga, meditation, and cold exposure together. In between our wellness practices, we will learn, play, and explore together. This retreat is a time and place for our community to share their knowledge, spark future collaborations and get to know each other away from our favorite digital platforms!
Intimate Time with Nature
Throughout the retreat, there will be workshops hosted by experts in their field, adventures into nature, ecstatic dances, and plant medicine journeys, fueled by many delicious, nutritious meals and amazing elixirs crafted by the retreat center team at Selva Armonia.

Beautifully Crafted Conversations and Teachers
During the initial two days, we’ll feature a range of workshops led by esteemed guest speakers, followed by three days dedicated to discovering the wonders of our surroundings. Our daily itinerary will include morning meditation, yoga, ice baths, and evening meditations to nourish the body and soul. To celebrate our time together, we’ll host dance parties on both the first and last nights.
